    • Coordination with CS & sales team to handle Operation process (SOP) for all shipments in team
    • Ensure cargo is checked in warehouse in “Ready for carriage” condition
    • Check dimensions, send draft AWB & issue MAWB, send scan of AWB to agents, document pouch to warehouse, send payload to hubs, send pre-alert to HQD & gateways, send loading plan to warehouse (if required)
    • Coordinate with CS for tracing cargo
    • Input MAWB, HAWB on airlines system
    • Input cargo daily report at warehouse & update to sales team & Manager
    • Coordination with GHA for inbound & outbound cargo
    • Send loading plan to cargo terminal or carrier
    • Preparing documentations for shipment after issued MAWB
    • Take care and build-up good relationships with cargo agents, GHA, cargo terminal staffs
    • Receive and handle all requests of customers relating to operations
    • Coordinating with CS about resolve irregularities, complaints (if any problems arise during transportation)
    • Introducing air cargo services to customers
    • Other duties to be assigned in specific situation
    • Channel of report: directly to Cargo Manager




  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree of Foreign Economics or related aviation field
  • Experience & Knowledge: At least two years of cargo operation job
  • Have good Knowledge of air cargo industry
  • Can work on booking system, good communicate with customers & team
  • Can work OT & flexible in working time
  • Can work hard at every situation
  • Have knowledge about cargo market, cargo agents
  • Can write email in English, good English speaking.
  • English communication in 4 skills
  • Soft skill required: Flexible, Mature, Aggressive, Hard working, Supportive, Teamwork, Good communication, Good cooperation, Good compliance, Strong at explanation, Problem solving skill, Confident, Faithful.
  • Technology: MS Word, excel, power points, outlook, internet, email, booking system.
  • Language: Fluent in Vietnamese, Good in English (writing, speaking and listening)
  • Special requirement:
  • Can handle many tasks at the same time
  • Complete unscheduled deadline
  • Skillful communication with airlines and customers



The working location is mostly around Tan Son Nhat airport and near cargo terminal




        • Report regularly & directly to Cargo Manager.
        • Make mistakes in OPS skills less than 10% of monthly.
        • Right person to do the right job
        • Good communication and coordination with co-workers and Manager
