SPECIFIC DUTIES AND TASK (JOB DESCRIPTION)

 

1.1 . JD of Admin:

  • In charge of telephone operation at receptionist, transferring documents for relevant departments, stamping documents.
  • Manage company’s taxi account, cost of taxi and handle settlement of advance for taxi fees monthly.
  • Monitoring, ordering and managing stationeries, water’s usage, registering vehicles keeper card for employees, assets for company.
  • Composing relevant documents to HR Admin, handling fees for office expenses, appointment management, booking air ticket, hotel for BOD as required.
  • Handling printing jobs such as AWB, name card, talon, calendar, envelop, replacing inks for printer, photocopy,…
  • Asset inventory and administrative cost control (stationery, taxi, printing, purchasing costs,…)
  • Support and arrange necessaries for foreign partners and business trip for BOD.
  • Planning and organizing customer’s conference, year-end party, seminar, travel trip, teambuilding generate spirit of teamwork for company.
  • Storing and providing legal docs, contracts for MD or relevant departments.
  • Other duties to be assigned in specific situation by MD.

 

1.2. JD of Human Resource:

 

  • HR recruitment posting as BOD required
  • Welcome and guiding new employees integrate to company
  • Managing timesheet and annual leave for all employees in company
  • Monitoring social insurance, increased/decreased employees and declare insurance according to regulation.
  • Monitoring the signing/ extending Labor contract for employees.
  • Completing policy, benefits for employees according to law as BOD’s direction.
  • Set up and monitor the Labor contract process for employees from probation to joining officially and to the end of resignation.
  • Management HR’s profile, information of employees according to current regulation.
  • Build up labor rules, process and policy of recruitment, education, training, promotion, appointment, dismissal, reward, discipline, evaluation employees in company.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL ESSENTIAL

 

  • Qualification: Bachelor degree, HR Certificate

 

  • Experience & Knowledge:
  • At least two years in related HR Admin field.
  • Have good knowledge in Admin, HR management.
  • Can work on HR system, skillful communication
  • Can work OT & flexible in working time
  • Can work hard, face with challenges & high pressure
  • Can write email in English, basic English communicaton
